Trigger Point Pilates classes combine Pilates core moves and apply clinical myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions. This class does not involve a heavy workout! If you carry tension, if you have poor posture, sore neck, back, shoulders, hips, anything at all, if you feel tightness through your body, then this is the class for you! Classes utilise foam rollers, bender balls, small spiky balls and therabands which are all provided.
THIS IS ALSO A GREAT CLASS TO ENHANCE YOUR OTHER SPORTING ACTIVITIES!
