I teach mat and trigger point pilates, providing a safe space where you can feel supported and
encouraged every step of the way.

A bit about me...

I am a qualified Pilates instructor and Senior Physiotherapy Assistant specialising in Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions.
My qualifications
- Level 3 Mat Pilates
- Level 3 Exercise Referral
- Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions
- Pilates for Lower Back Pain
- Trigger Point Pilates
- Trigger Point Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions and Pelvic Floor Health.
I am also a Senior Physiotherapy Assistant working with patients dealing with Parkinson's Disease and other neurological conditions.

Classes I offer

Mat Pilates
Combining classic Pilates movements with a mix of equipment to help support strength, mobility and balance. Classes are suited for all levels with plenty of options tailored to your needs.

Trigger Point Pilates
A slow calming Pilates class using trigger point techniques with the aid of foam rollers and prickle balls to release tension, ease stiffness and support relaxed comfortable movement.

Orthopaedic Pilates
I combine Pilates teaching with a strong understanding of Orthopaedic conditions and recovery. This allows me to offer thoughtful, carefully guided movement for people managing injuries, joint concerns, or returning to exercise.
