I teach mat, small group reformer pilates, stretch and release and Flex (flexibility and mobility) providing a safe space where you can feel supported and
encouraged every step of the way.

A bit about me...

I am a qualified Pilates instructor and Senior Physiotherapy Assistant specialising in Pilates for Orthopaedic conditions.
